Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions;
ensuring legal requirements compliance.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer
ledger, and general ledger.
Bringing the books to the trial balance stage.
Perform partial checks of the posting process.
Complete tax forms.
Enter data, maintain records and financial statements.
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
Track and maintain inventory records.
Assist with budget preparation and audits.
Maintain a complete filing system to support financial records.
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and
trends.

Job Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping and/or 1-year experience as Bookkeeper.
Working Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
