*Responsibilities:*
1. *Financial Records Management:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the shipping company.
2. *Invoice Processing:* Prepare and process invoices, bills, and financial transactions related to shipping operations.
3. *Vendor Management:* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
4. *Bank Reconciliation:* Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data.
5. *Expense Tracking:* Monitor and control expenses related to shipping operations.
6. *Financial Reporting:* Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
7. *Tax Compliance:* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
8. *Budgeting:* Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for shipping projects and operations.
9. *Auditing:* Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and information.
10. *Financial Analysis:* Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost-saving
