Job Duties:
 Recording the financial transactions in bookkeeping systems.
 Posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
 Maintaining general ledgers and preparing financial statements.
 Arranging payment of accounts.
 Preparing and sending invoices and receipts to debtors.
 Processing payroll and maintaining employee records.
 Checking figures and reporting for accuracy.
 Completing and submitting tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
 Preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
