24/7 Allkind Construction Ltd.- 6 CARPENTERS REQUIRED

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage rate: $30.00 / hour, 40 hours/ week
Work Location: Various locations all over lower mainland
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Education: High School
Work experience: 3 to 4 years of experience is required
Language: Basic English
Job Duties:
 Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawing and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.

 Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and joining materials of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.

 Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout and installation.

 Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.

 Inspect and replace damaged framework.

 Maintaining and repairing residences and wooden structures in various establishments.

 Instruct and direct apprentices and other construction helpers and workers.

Work Site Environment: Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold temperature.
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Large workload, physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Bending, crouching, kneeling
