Currently, we are looking for a positive, energetic, and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the smooth operations of our restaurant. Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule food service staff activities including food preparation, portioning, and serving.
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and operations including staff supervision, food safety, guest services, and food quality.
• Estimate and place orders for ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
• Establish effective work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Cater the special requests of customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Control inventory by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Follow company’s policy and procedures and adhere to company standards.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed as per company’s standards.
• Accountable for training and motivating staff.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of college program in food service administration, or hotel and restaurant management or 1 -2 years of experience in the food service sector.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
