Roles & Responsibilities
Work Experience in Change, Incident, Service Management, ITIL Process and SLA.
Work Experience in Change, Incident, Service Management, ITIL Process and SLA.
Hands-on experience with Alcatel/Cisco Switch, Palo Alto Firewall, and Check Point Firewall
Experience with PAM, Aruba Clear Pass, and F5 Products like ASM, LTM, and APM is required
Must be CCNA or CCNP Certified.
Responsible for the network configuration changes (switch/router/firewall), keeping updated/maintaining the documentation, and inventory and also regularly review of the network performance, and capacity planning, and contributing to the monthly report.
To plan the activities and schedule for making changes/modifications to various network configurations as requested by Customers. Support Incident Response on security incidents.

Service level improvement on Network through design change, monitoring improvement and capacity management.
Education, Experience & other requirements
a.3 - 5 years or more working experience in managing LAN/WAN infrastructure ranging from small to large networks
b.Hands-on experience of Alcatel/Cisco Switch, Palo Alto Firewall, and Check Point Firewall is a MUST and be familiar with SIEM tools
c.Experience in PAM, Aruba Clear Pass, and F5 Products like ASM, LTM, and APM is required.
d.Experience in VLAN, routing, QoS configuration and RADIUS setup
e.Must be CCNP or CCIE certified or equivalent.
f.Process excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills & Provide 24 x 7 for Operation support.
