Position: Receptionist (Full Time/ Permanent)
Salary: $18.50/Hourly for 30-40 hours/week
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible
Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Duties:
- Greet Clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate contacts or services.
- Handle phone call bookings, cancelation, confirming appointments.
- Maintain Reception desk and front area organised all the time.
- May perform clerical duties and maintain front desk security.
- Stocking stationery and water supplies.
- Calculate billing charges, handle credit card checks, receive payment, issue receipts.
- Provide general information in person and by phone with the help of the company’s manual and brochure.
