Flexible Architecture and Simplified Technology, Inc. (FAST) seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Jersey City, NJ.

Duties:

Works with FAST8x platform and insurance components. Works on FAST current, core, and scale methodology to develop/maintain new and existing products. Develops and debugs code in multiple areas of the company's offerings including Insurance components and/or FAST 8X. Performs design activities on applications software some of which may require extensive research and analysis. Provides detailed customer support to internal and external customers; proactively solves issues from the customer's perspective by effectively communicating issues, potential solutions, and results to appropriate levels and escalate appropriate issues to the correct levels(s) in a timely manner. Researches and understands the requirements for software applications including environment, performance criteria, and competitive issues.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; plus 5 years of Software Engineer or related experience. Requires 5 years of experience in all of the following: 1) C# coding; 2) Ext JS; 3) Agile Methodology; 4) Java coding; and 5) SQL server.
