Junior Business Development Representative in Pasay
Printing Industry
MUST have 2 years in B2B account management. Preferably experienced as a supplier side Account Manager
Working Schedule : M-TH (0800-1800), F (0800-1700) , Sa (0800-1200), 48 hours a week.
Salary is open for negotiation
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll play a key part in prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing initiatives while also nurturing current business relationships that will strengthen and enhance our business position relative to our competitors. You'll become an expert in offset printing products and services and work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend the perfect print solution.
General Functions
-Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking events, and cold calling/emailing.
-Develop and pitch compelling presentations showcasing our offset printing services and capabilities.
-Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
-Collaborate with the sales team on proposals, pricing, and contract finalization.
-Collect and analyze customer data to understand market trends and inform future strategies.
-Support marketing initiatives by assisting with content creation, event planning, and outreach efforts.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and potential customers.
-Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
-Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques and methods, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, presentation and strategic account planning.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
-Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and deadlines.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-A goal oriented person who is internally driven and directed
-Can easily adapt to sales related technologies such as CRMs and other cloud based and mobile applications
-Print industry experience is a plus.
-With pleasing personality and effective interpersonal skills
