SekCheck Fingerprinting Services is nationally recognized as a RCMP-accredited fingerprinting company serving both companies and individuals in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. The individual will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Respond to telephone calls and in-person, or electronic inquiries.
2. Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, and other documents as needed.
3. Process incoming and outgoing mail
4. Maintain inventory of office supplies, and order supplies, and materials as needed.
5. Assist in preparing meetings and agendas.
6. Organize the flow of work for other office support workers.


Job Requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary School Completion is required and a college diploma/certificate or several weeks of on-the-job training.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in clerical or secretarial positions.
Worksite environment: Office
