We currently have one vacancy for the mentioned position, and the individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and related documents from automated dictation and handwritten copy.
• Incoming conventional and electronic mail, as well as other materials, should be opened and distributed, and information should be shared internally and with other departments and organizations.
• Employer appointments and meetings should be scheduled and confirmed.
• Keep an inventory and place orders for office supplies.
• Welcome guests, identify the purpose of the business and guide guests to the employer or suitable individual.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: College Diploma.
Experience: 1-2 years experience.
Worksite environment: Office Work
Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication and Efficient interpersonal skills
