We are looking for a PPC Lead, specializing in running and optimizing user acquisition campaigns for social/casual games on mobile and desktop.

As part of the Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving new player acquisition across our apps. The role entails creating, managing, and optimizing UA PPC campaigns on search engines (Google, Bing.) Display networks, and social media (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter) as well as influencers, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals: FTIs, CPI, eCPI, ROAS and additional value metrics.
Setup all advertising accounts and launch new player acquisition efforts in predefined markets
Plan, Manage and monitor the marketing spend utilization, to be effectively run between various sources according toperformance and scale potential.
Familiarity with setting up PPC testing to build up scale, including campaigns and ads A/B testing
Create PPC campaigns across various platforms and networks, working with internal stakeholders and team members suchas content, creative and BI.
Analyze performance according to internal KPIs and provide reports on performance metrics.
Conversion uplifts through user journey, creative and copy analysis and optimizations Take part in ASO / SEO efforts though keyword analysis and competitor analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of hands-on experience in gaming PPC, preferably social gaming
Desktop and web advertising experience.
SEO / ASO for the main app stores as well as Google Analytics, and Keyword research familiarity.
Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency and report building.
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, tracking technics and tag management -An advantage
BA in Economics/Business Management/Statistics/ Digital studies certificate.
Fluent written and spoken English a must, additional languages - An advantage.
Highly independent, fast learner, efficient and organized, proactive approach.
Excellent people & communication skills.
Results oriented, ability to constantly meet & beat goals.
