KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect faulty equipment from Vendor Management.
Segregate early life failures and bad on fittings and assign to correct areas of responsibility.
Pre-Test faulty equipment and attaching the fault report and Repair order to the module.
Strip down the faulty equipment and clean all the relevant small parts on the module.
Move the stripped unit on to the shelfs allocated for the relevant Repair Engineers to be repaired.
Collect and package repaired equipment from Engineers workstations.
Ensure equipment is correctly packaged with the specific packaging as prescribed by the OEM.
Repackaging of equipment required after quality check has been conducted.
Perform final checks on packaging as outlined on checklist before handing over to Central Distribution Warehouse.
General housekeeping of the cleaning and packaging area.
Complete own training and development objectives as per agreed timelines in the personal development plan.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed according to the company requirement.
