POSITION: TECHNICAL PRODUCT ANALYST (#381207E)
LOCATION: WESTBOROUGH, MA

Will define product vision, strategy and roadmap for eClinicalWorks Line of Business (LoB). Manage Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood, and releases are delivered on time. Write Functional Specifications documents (FSDs) detailing concrete business requirements from clients. Translate strategies into actionable requirements for product development. Work with the design and engineering teams to translate requirements. Create rapid prototypes, sitemaps, user flows and assist in User Experience (UX) design to define new user interfaces and product flows. Engage with the design team to convert low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity HTMLs. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products to the customers. Work with QA engineers to create test plans. Actively engages with medical professionals and clinical risk teams to access requirements and justify developments. Develop solutions and eliminates risks (patient safety and compliance) as a part of the Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) process. Become a process champion for Product Management (PM) team by implementing solutions to fill gaps between PM team and other internal teams. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products. Talk to customers and various stakeholders to gather requirements via roundtables or onsite visits to create the roadmap. Post data collection & feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams, work with mentors and peers to plan the optimum solution which will be specified in a functional specification document.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or closely related field
