Job Title: Implementation Supervisor II

Location: Onsite with Hybrid Model Option, US and Canada Travel Required

Job Summary:
As an Implementation Supervisor II, you will play a pivotal role in supporting mid to large scale projects involving single/multi-site implementations across various products and services. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer solutions, actively participating in successful migrations, and developing implementation models tailored to each project's needs. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project progress, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to project management best practices. This role will involve travel within the US and potentially Canada, with occasional weekend support for go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer solutions and participate in successful migrations.
Develop implementation models, including deployment plans, scheduling, communication, and training.
Manage cross-functional implementation teams and provide ongoing analysis of project outcomes.
Conduct post-implementation audits, client communications, and weekly reporting.
Travel to domestic locations as needed to support account migrations.
Hold meetings to review project status and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with the Program Manager and attend daily status meetings.
Utilize project management tools to track project success.
Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency in project management practices, with experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks for timely delivery.
Understanding of technical aspects related to migrations, software implementations, or IT services.
Proficiency in discussing technical requirements and aligning them with project goals.
Additional Information:

Travel within the US and potentially Canada is required.
Weekend support for go-lives may be necessary.
