Job Description
lGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
lIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
lDesign user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
lDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
lPrepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
lIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
lConduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
lPresent and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
lEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
lCollaborating with graphic artists, programmers, and writers
lAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
lTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
lGood time-management skill
Job Requirements
lDemonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
lSolid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
lProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
lExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
lAbility to solve problems creatively and effectively
lUp-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
lKnowledge of InDesign, Adobe XD or Sketch will be an advantage
