Remote Life Insurance Agent (Must be resident of Georgia, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, or South Carolina)

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Life Insurance Agent. The Agent will be responsible for providing personalized insurance recommendations, policy updates, and coverage advice to clients while adhering to industry and company regulations.

The primary duties of the Agents are:

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Offering life, accidental and hospitalization insurance policies.

Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals

Maintain all current licensing, agency and carrier compliance requirements

Qualifications

Ability to have a resident Life, Accidental and Hospitalization Insurance License in the state of Georgia. (you may also have a residenti license in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, or South Carolina, it is recommended to also get a nonresidential for Georgia at some point)

Coachability: A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges is essential. We value individuals who are open to growth and strive to improve their skills.

Self-Reliance: You should be comfortable working independently while also being a contributing member of a supportive team.

Customer-Centric Attitude: Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication, are vital to succeed in this role.

Experience: While prior experience in insurance sales is a plus, we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. Your ability to connect with people and assist them in their decision-making journey is what matters most.
