GH Development & Construction Inc. is a real estate developer located in Edmonton, Alberta. We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team to maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

The Bookkeeper will:
• Enter financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payroll information, into accounting software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments from vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Track and categorize expenses related to medical supplies, equipment, rent, utilities, and other operational costs.
• Calculate and process employee salaries, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll distribution.
• Generate regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they are easily accessible for audits and reporting.
• Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as needed within the organization.


Employment Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Professional training or education in accounting or bookkeeping
• 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk
