We are looking for qualified Company Secretaries to join our team of Docmaster. As a qualified professional, you will be responsible for leading the team for creating modules meant for day to day use of professionals and non professional both. The person must have good command of language, strong logical & fundamental skills in the secretarial, legal & finance domain. Responsibilities for creating and design modules for corporate governance and compliance activities for listed and non listed entities Maintaining statutory registers and records. Organising or facilitating board meetings or shareholders meetings. Agendas, minutes, and resolutions for meetings. Requirements: Company. Secretary 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or related fields. Thorough knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 55,000.00 - 75,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
