The whole team communicates in Slack, sets up and tracks tasks in Jira

VMI after probationary period
Receive training and guidance during the probationary period
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, ideally 9am to6pm EST or 10am to 7pm EST

Responsibility:
The account manager takes care of all post-sales customer service, meaning he provides support from the start of the advertising campaign until its completion. You must always pay attention to all issues: at what stage to prepare to launchRC, when to fix errors, in what form to send reports to the company, etc. Prepare and sign agreements or contracts promptly, send final documents
Supervise the work of implementers and other related professionals on assigned tasks. The account manager must provide the client with all the necessary information in a timely manner: reports, links to active ads, placement reports, etc. Most of the work will involve answering customer questions, which are both simple and quite specific. Some of them will require additional situation analysis and metrics. Communicate with managers and technical support from partner sites, both by email and by phone. Account managers should always know who to contact to find out the situation or quickly resolve a customers problem.

What we expect from you:
High degree of independence;
Ability to define tasks for technical experts
Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VPR)
Experience in negotiating and exchanging business correspondence with customers
Understanding what XML is and having experience with this format will be a great advantage.
