Job Opportunity: HVAC Sales Engineer with ElitAire Indianapolis, Indiana

As the HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining productive relationships, within an assigned territory, with engineers, architects, mechanical contractors, general contractors, and owners. ElitAire is a provider of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and services for new and existing buildings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growing the Business - establishing new customer contacts / increasing sales to existing customer base.
Cultivate effective long-term relationships with customers/potential customers through regular and meaningful contact.
Analyzing the territory, develop, execute, and monitor sales and product trends and programs.
Project designing / building systems with onsite walk-thru support along with full proposals, as well as performing plan/spec takeoffs when applicable.
Managing multiple priorities consistently.
Ability to maintain detailed and complete records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Engineering degree; required
3+ years Commercial HVAC or other complex technical system sales experience; required
B2B experience; required
Highly organized
Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Effective communication skills
