Key Responsibilities:

- Employ a diverse range of sourcing techniques, including leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, scouring job boards, and participating in networking events, to pinpoint prospective candidates.
- Conduct meticulous initial screenings and assessments to ascertain candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
- Foster and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring readiness for both current and future job openings.
- Deliver prompt and precise updates to recruiters and hiring managers, providing comprehensive insights into candidate sourcing activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport effortlessly.
- Previous experience in office administration is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and adeptness with various computer systems.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize tasks.
Preferred Skills:
