Job title: Construction Manager
Job duties: Manage pipeline construction for underground pipelines and underground utilities, including large diameter water, sewer, tunnel and steam work. Work with large concrete tanks involving vertical and horizontal tendon pre-stressing. Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables. Select appropriate construction methods and strategies to use on each project based on specifications and client needs. Analyze and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals. Prepare reports on work progress and budget matters. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure efficient and successful project completion. Respond to work delays and other problems and any emergencies that may arise. Assist in selecting and instructing subcontractors. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including building and safety codes, and any other applicable regulations.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
