The Webster, a luxury multi-brand fashion house operating four physical boutiques in the U.S. is seeking a Store Visual Merchandiser experienced in high and trendy fashion industry for our Miami stores
Mission
Contribute to the sales growth and store image by defining and executing the visual merchandising. The Store Visual Merchandiser will implement and maintain appropriate interior and windows displays, in accordance with our stores’ standards, market trends, and brands’ ideologies.
We desire a team player with excellent fashion-sense, analytical, planning, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to envision and interpret fashion trends
Required Skills, Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in merchandising, marketing, communication, or related fields with a concentration/specialization in Luxury and/or Fashion – Master’s Degree preferred.
• Must have 2-3 years of professional experience in the retail fashion industry including activities involved with merchandising for high-end women wear and accessories.
• Knowledge of retail processes for luxury fashion with ability to train other workers to accessorize through knowledge of design, fashion, new products and retail development trends.
• Strong understanding of fashion and luxury marketing strategies and general business activities.
• Knowledge of buying and distribution process.
• Proven experience in dressing and styling mannequins.
• Excellent communication, organization, planning, analytical, and fashion-sense skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast paced and team-oriented
environment.
• Impeccable, and preferably fashionable, presentation.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office and photo and design software/applications.
• Ability to interact with all types of team members, and to influence and defend a business
argument both one-on-one and in a group setting.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hardworking professional, exceptionally self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Multilingual preferred: English required and international experience greatly favored.
