1.Previous store supervision experience OR post secondary education.

2.This is a full time position, shifts include opening and closing. Must be available for evenings and weekends.




JOB DESCRIPTION


Basic Function

Directly responsible for ensuring all operating standards are met

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

Demonstrate leadership in attaining high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedure

Establish work schedules and procedures

Play an active role in the training and development of all store employees.


Competencies Required

Strong communication skills.

People management and relations skills.

Possession of a safe food-handling certificate.

Good leadership skills.

Hard working with a determined work ethic.
