This position will include both office and field duties and will include, but not be limited to the following.

 Assists with field report development for each service performed.
 Perform field and office technical support for projects.
 Perform field testing including but not limited to TAS 126, TAS 105, TAS 124, TAS 106, Asbestos and Drainage Surveys.
 Perform Roof Installation Quality Assurance Inspections.
 Understand Blue Print Reading and Roof Design.
 Basic math skills.
 Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in English.
 Ability to read maps, follow directions, and interpret engineering and construction plans.
 Technician Certification [minimum] - Radiation safety for nuclear density gauge. Certification is required within 180 days of hire.

Work is generally performed at heights. Daily communication is required with site contractors, other technicians and project managers. You may also be required to perform administrative duties and basic construction materials technician duties as requested.

Must be a team player and have reliable transportation. Engineering or Commercial Building experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Must be willing and able to travel. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
