Sales Team Members will come from various backgrounds, but we believe that top performers will have the following skills and abilities:

- Experience prospecting, networking and new business development (at least one year)
- Ability to close a sale and build long lasting relationships
- Experience creating and delivering sales presentations
- Articulate with excellent customer service skills
- Aware of the African American Community's historical disadvantages
- Ability to easily communicate with and build rapport with African American business owners
- Strong desire to see African American's advance economically
- Willingness to travel as necessary (not required)
