NAMS is looking to hire an Experienced ACCESS Dispatcher for it's Para-Transit Transportation program!

Flexible schedule needed as this position can work varying shifts (anywhere between 4am-1am, we are open 7 days a week). We offer a very competitive wage based on experience and related knowledge of the business model (para-transit transportation for seniors and disabled citizens.)

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of direct ACCESS Dispatch experience required

- ACCESS Dispatcher with previous experience in scheduling, call center and general operations a bonus/preferred

- Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the roadways and landmarks in Northern Allegheny county, including the North Hills, City of Pgh, Wexford, Tarentum, etc
