The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the following:
At least 7+ years of client-facing technical consulting experience on enterprise software implementation/integration projects
Proven track record in software application design and development.
Expertise in database technologies, JavaScript, XML/XSL, HTML/DHTML and querying languages such as SQL.
Must have a wide range of consulting knowledge, skills, and experience with the ability to scope, architect, and implement the Adobe Campaign enterprise-marketing platform.
Drives the systems and application architecture for the Adobe Campaign solution for each customized instance.
Define all requirements related to the project planning, architecture, implementation, sizing, tuning, and scalability.
Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues.
· Interfaces with business, technical, and process owner communities to define user requirements, answer questions, report on process completion, etc.
· Works with developers to understand business and system requirements
· Interfaces with vendor contacts
· installation, configuration, customization, and support of campaign management and business intelligence tools for client use
· Subject Matter Expert for marketing process.
· Subject Matter Expert for back end process – produces and helps users interpret decision reports
· Proficient in Unica Campaign development , SAS Marketing Automation suite and or Alterian Marketing Suite
· Monitors production activity and job scheduling program
· File staging and prep work for refresh process on database(s)
· Suppression file management
· Design documentation for campaign development projects and enhancements
· Test case/plan creation and documentation
· Test data creation
· Test execution and QC
· Proficient in UNIX, SQL
Preferred Skills:
· Business Objects, Cognos, Alterian or other BI tools
· SAS Marketing Automation, Unica Affinium, Alterian or other campaign management tools
· Data warehouse implementation projects
· Solid knowledge of SQL
· User support functions
· Sales support and demonstrations, answering proposals
· Product evaluation and review
· Articulating business value gained from technology solutions, whether in presentations or proposals
