Position: AEM Senior Lead
Location: Remote
Duration - Long Term Contract
Key Accountabilities:
*5+ years development experiences in AEM
*AEM Lead developer experience is preferred
*Experience working on AEM version 6.5 and above.
*Experience implementing AEM components using JSP and HTL
*Experience in creating custom components that can be used across multi sites
*Solid understanding of multi-site management.
*Experience implementing AEM client libraries.
*Exposure to upgrade AEM instances, updating dispatchers
*Experience in exporting content from lower lane to prod and vice versa
*Experience working on JS and CSS (SASS).
*Good understanding of the AEM technology stack and architecture.
*Good understanding of how replication works in AEM.
*Should have development experience in consuming REST APIs.
*Good understanding about how AEM interacts with other systems. Let's say e-commerce
*Should have good troubleshooting skills.
*Should have good communication skills.
*Strong communication skills
*Should have good Experience in using CI CD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, Maven, etc.
*Will work in a distributed scrum team and participate in backlog refinement, estimation, reviews, retrospectives, and transparent ways of working.
*Should have good Experience in using CI CD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, Maven, etc.
*Will provide tier 3 incident management support as needed and participate in root cause analysis
*Contribute to the engineering standards, guidelines and best practices.
*Employ agile based development methodologies in partnership with product management stakeholders.
*Champion continuous improvement and simplification of technology and underpinning stacks.
*Continuously improve SDLC processes including comprehensive code reviews, QA automation, unit testing, etc.
*Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends in Commerce, application architecture and programming languages.
*Provide support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis.
