Job Description:

Key responsibilities
Manage & administrate Production and Test AEM environment hosted on Redhat Enterprise Linux platforms.

• Installing and configuring AEM 6.4/6.5, Apache HTTPD 2.2/2.4 and Dispatcher modules.
• Working with Apache HTTPD rewrite rules, virtual hosts, configuration updates.
• Dispatcher configuration, deploying modules, load balancing, caching and configuration updates.
• Running online/offline compaction and backup.
• Performing Higher to lower environment content sync.
• Automation of AEM administration and troubleshooting AEM related issues and performance monitoring & tuning.
• User permissions/creations with SAML and multi-instance user synchronization
• Active involvement in change initiation, preparation, coordination and implementation to the test and production AEM systems.
• End to end problem ownership - own Problem Tracking Records, track progress and chase appropriately; aid where necessary and able in their investigation and resolution, making sure solutions are implemented as agreed.

Required Technical Skills
Expert Level Skills in Administration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x versions, medium to large scale applications

• Hands on experience in AEM Package management, Package deployment, Backup policy/strategy, patching and Major application/hardware upgrades
• Experience in troubleshooting performance issues on AEM Dispatcher (Apache), Author, Publish nodes, working knowledge on Apache Web Server
• Hands on experience in maintenance and setup of SAML, LDAP Authentication.
• Excellent Linux skills, experience with Redhat Linux Enterprise.
• Understanding of automation & monitoring concepts and tools.
• Having Good knowledge of SQL and Shell Scripting
• Good understanding of processes - ITIL Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management.
• Knowledge of Network principles & technologies (including TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers) is added plus
• Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies will be added advantage
• Good DevOps & Cloud background is added plus
