Fathom is seeking a dynamic AI Specialist, Paid Media, to join our team in the Cleveland area. As an AI Paid Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading campaign setups, management, and measurement within display, paid search and paid social, with a significant focus on leveraging AI tools. Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Execute display, paid search, and social activities with a strong emphasis on integrating AI technologies. This includes using AI to support campaign setup, audience research, keyword research, campaign estimation, budget management, optimization, and tracking performance driven by the client's goals.
Account Audits: Conduct paid media audits, harnessing AI-driven insights to optimize campaigns and overall paid media strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Testing Strategies: Collaborate on the creation and implementation of AI-driven testing strategies that continuously improve campaign performance and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by mastering new AI-powered networks and advertising platforms, tactics, and best practices in paid media.
AI-Powered Data Analysis: Leverage AI tools to connect paid media results and data analysis to our clients' business goals, paving the way for innovative and cutting-edge solutions that stay ahead of industry trends.
AI Integration with Client Strategy: Contribute your AI expertise to the development of client strategies, ensuring that paid media campaigns align seamlessly with overall client objectives.
Requirements
If this opportunity aligns with your passion for AI-driven marketing, we believe you're a strong fit for this role if you possess the following:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
13+ years of experience in the paid media space, with a strong background in display, paid search, or paid social campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in exploring and experimenting with AI marketing technologies in diverse contexts and applications.
Demonstrated ability to ask insightful questions that go beyond day-to-day execution, with a particular focus on leveraging AI solutions.
Ability to make innovative, strategic, and data-informed decisions quickly.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with persuasive presentation skills.
Proficiency in website tracking software, including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills from previous positions.
High energy, optimism, a proactive attitude, and a self-starter mentality.
Strong multitasking capabilities and a track record of meeting multiple deadlines.
