Sr. Engineer - Mechanical - Agrochemical Industry in Saykha,Gujarat.
Job Title: - AM/Sr. Engineer - Mechanical
Department: - Maintenance
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Educational and Qualification Requirement (Please mention in below table)
BE/ B. TechMechanicaland related field or equivalent work experience.
(Experience in Agrochemicals / chemicals in Green field/brown field Projects will be an advantage).
Should have good communication, Analytical and behavioural skill.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)
1.Erection, installation and commissioning of various type of static and rotary, utilities equipment & its piping work
2.Coordinationwith other engineering disciplines for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of construction drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement and operation to ensure completion of the project on time.
3.Preparing piping BOQ from P& ID and checking and review/verifying AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GAs, isometrics and models. Documents review and checking like MDS, MR, Design Basis, PMS/VDS,P&ID, Equipment G.A, Structure G.A, Piping G.A, and Isometric.
4.Handling/supervising of contractors, Evaluating and discuss with the team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
5.Inspection of various equipment like reactor, tank, utility equipments and submit report to Head - Project.
6.Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters. Manpower planning and handling. Preparation of expense budget.
7.Should be well versed with various code and standard like ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME 16.5,16.11,16.19 etc
8.Bill verifications/ measurement checking as per tender conditions.
9.Prepared All types of documents related to job (Daily Report, Material Inventory Status, BOM, BOQ), givinginstructions for usage of safety equipment During job execution to prevent accidents. Conduct tool box talk before new work starts. Instruct Usage of ppes.,
10.Actively manages projects from the field, addressing issues that arise during construction and providing resolution at site.
