We have an urgent long-term opening with one of our key clients for a position of Senior APM Engineer, to work in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and manage APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools such as Dynatrace (OneAgent & AppMon), AppDynamics, New Relic, and DataDog.
Administer various APM tools including New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
Identify and resolve bottleneck issues using APM tools like Dynatrace Managed/SAAS and AppDynamics.
Utilize hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and management of APM tools to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain APM solutions.
Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL practices, including Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem and Event Management.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues using APM tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Senior APM Engineer or similar role.
Strong experience in the installation, configuration, and management of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, and DataDog.
Hands-on experience with APM tools, including Dynatrace Managed/SAAS and AppDynamics.
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL practices, particularly in Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem and Event Management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to application performance.
