Job Description:

APM / SPM Onsite Architect Consultant

• Design and architect Application Performance Management (APM) and Service Performance Management (SPM) solutions for on-site projects.
• Provide expertise in APM and SPM best practices, configurations, and integrations.

ServiceNow Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a specialization in APM/SPM modules and functionalities.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end performance management solutions using ServiceNow.

Performance Monitoring Design:

• Experience in designing and architecting comprehensive performance monitoring solutions, ensuring coverage of critical applications and services.
• Knowledge of best practices for performance monitoring within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Integration and API Knowledge:

• Ability to integrate APM/SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Ensure seamless data flow and correlation for holistic performance analysis.

Customization and Configuration:

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow APM/SPM modules to align with specific client requirements.
