Hi Please find enclosed JD for AP procurement Designation: Accounts Payable- Analyst/ Sr Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
Selected candidate will be working closely with US Accounting team on various activities-
1) Inputting purchase request details as Purchase Orders (POs) in Netsuite
2) Placing online orders using IonQ's purchasing card or via an online portal
3) Sending completed orders and POs to suppliers
4) Following up with suppliers to obtain order confirmations and expected delivery dates
5) Proactively following up with suppliers to check in on delivery dates, ensure that items have shipped as expected,
and receive tracking numbers
6) Resolve discrepancies between inventory and procurement following order receipt
7) Maintaining files with credit card receipts and order confirmations
8) Respond to all inquiries
9) Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted
accounting practices
10) Assist with other projects as needed
Requirement:
1) 6 months - 2 year experience in procurement
2) Ability to analyze the issue and resolve them
3) Must be well organized and a self-starter
4) Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
5) Professional attitude, reliable, pays close attention to details
6) Proficient in Excel and Word
7) Possess strong organizational and time management skills
8) Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multitasking skills
9) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
10) Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
11) Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on
accuracy, timeliness, and attention to details
12) Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division
