Attorney will handle litigation cases from inception through resolution, including preparation of , petitions, discovery, and other pleadings, attending hearings, depositions, meeting with clients to complete discovery responses, mediations, court appearances, trial preparations and trial.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas


•  Maintains a professional courteous manner with all clients and fellow employees; possess strong  decision making critical thinking and active listening skills.


• Strong computer and organization skills required.


• Candidate must be a self-starter, accomplishment-driven, have outstanding negotiation skills and be interested in practicing in civil litigation areas


• Salary is based on experience starting from 55K to 70K.
