Collaboration AV Project Manager Rate: $40/hr AI C2C Location: Santa Monica, CA Duration: 12 months Skills/Abilities: | 7+ years experience preferred within the AV industry or as a Technician with skillsets related to Project Management, Installations, Programming, and Maintenance. Accustomed to a fast paced environment with Strong Communication skills and decision making while working with and around high level executives at the company. | - Ensures day-to-day Vendor Operations are to standard with all ongoing AV Projects.
- Hosts weekly sync calls with AV Vendors and Facilities to review projects, issues, and keeps all teams aligned with business goals.
- Manages UMG deployment guides for all Installs and ensures information is up-to-date and accurate for business consumption.
- Submits and processes all quotes for AV projects and keeps team install tracker up-to-date.
- Assists in testing and documenting new products to consider for UMG within conference rooms.
- Keeps team informed to status of activities and of significant events regarding all VC related items and AV Projects.
- Follows procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles. Assists with planning and implementation of VC systems for the business objectives and organization.
