Total experience in required skill (years) 6+ years
Work Location Oldsmar, FL
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 5+ years of experience with lead development experience
3+ years of active development with AWS Infrastucture setup (VPC, Subnet, S3, Cloud Formation, Lambda, EC2, EMR)
1+ year of experience in standing up AWS services using Terraform
Experience in building CI/CD Pipeline
Experience in working in Agile development methodology projects
Technical team management experience including offshore team members
Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Roles and responsibility 1. Responsible for maintenance of Tech Stack and infrastructure in AWS
2. Should have good communication skill and be a team player
3. Should be able to find new solutions and approaches in setting up and monitoring AWS infrastructure
4. Guide onshore and offshore teams to ensure standards are met
5. Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
6. Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions with Customer
