Job Description:

· AWS Solution Architect with hands-on experience in API Gateway, Kinesis, Lambda, Aurora etc.

· Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads

· Understand and document technical requirements from clients. Candidate should be capable of the below with 8 – 10 + years of experience on –

· Must be having hands on JAVA / NODE / Python serverless framework

· Must be able to work on the Architecture & POC on any new framework, design the integration.

· Worked on JIRA, Confluence and should be able to collaborate & write Technical stories in JIRA, publish designs in Confluence

· Should have prior experience on packaging, optimizing & CICD & should be able to drive Deployment process

· Should have hands on with AWS deployment process in cli / console Nice to have the technical resource who understands cloud infra need and recommend the same to customer.

Full Tech stack –

· NODE, JAVA, Angular, PGSQL / DynamoDB, Kinesis, KMS, API Gateway, Azure AD, AWS Notification, MULE.

· Meeting with Users and Customers to understand their problems and provide flexible solutions that

· Critical problem solving to address the customer requirements in architecting best design solutions that would help on the above

· Time Management for prioritizing the tasks and presenting solutions to customers accordingly

· Updating themselves to stay on top of new AWS services that are launched to deliver solutions to clients on the go when required If you want to know about specific roles and responsibilities of a particular role in a company, then I would be glad to share with you. Generally most of the professionals undergo AWS Certified Solutions Architect Training to excel at work, get certified to stay on the top.

· Define Migration strategy to move application to cloud

· Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Create bill of materials, including required Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3 etc.) and tools;

· Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc

· Design the AWS network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets

Design the HA / DR strategies

· Set up process, services and tools around cloud

· Oversee build of the environment, Execute migration plan

· Leverage appropriate AWS services

· Validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls

An AWS certified solutions architect - associate would normally be engaged in designing an AWS environment that has following features

· Highly available

· Fault tolerant

· Scalable

· Secure

· Cost-efficient

Alongside, s/he will be in involved in other activities such as:

· Migration

· Automation

· Disaster recovery

· Evaluating new services and solutions

An AWS architect job responsibilities will include:

· Capacity planning of the cloud infrastructure

· Design to reduce the risk of architecture change

· Allow evolutionary architectures

· Plan for testing at production scale

· Plan to automate everything
