Job Description:

Job Summary/Responsibilities :

At Client, accessibility isn't just a checkbox on a task sheet- it's the foundation of our products that creates inclusive experiences delighting our customers and employees.
In this role, you'll serve as a key partner with multiple Product Owners across the organization as an advocate for the creation of inclusive experiences.
You'll also work closely with Engineers to document defects as well as identify opportunities for feature and functionality improvements.
The Accessibility Product Manager will utilize clearly defined standards and procedures for inspecting, evaluating, and directing the accessibility and usability of company products.
The successful candidate will exhibit in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills with assistive technologies and accessibility principles.
Critical to this role will be hands-on consultation with product teams, embedding accessibility best practices and user experience solutions in the Agile development process.
You will also need to be a detail-oriented and effective communicator, capable of developing deep relationships and serving as a trusted advisor while driving critical initiatives forward.

Scope/Complexity

Leads a suite of product(s) and leverages cross-functional team(s) to drive product and consumer strategies while also ensuring that that deadlines, budgets, and requirements are satisfied.
Communicates project status back to leadership.

Thought Leadership

Advocates for and champions designated products internally and in the external market, in line with the overall product vision and knowledge on the competitive landscape.

Other Core Responsibilities

Selects and monitors performance metrics that assess product performance, revenue, scalability, and longevity, and utilizes product insight and reliability matrix to ideate innovative solutions to challenges in the business unit's portfolio or product strategy
