Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ABM Growth Strategist to evolve and execute our ABM strategy for the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful ABM campaigns that drive revenue and growth for the organization. As ABM Growth Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, SDR, Account, and Partner to execute programs that target top accounts and ultimately drive GP.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive, highly targeted 1:1 and strategic 1:few ABM program that aligns with Sinchs overall marketing and sales goals.
  • Be a data-driven business partner to the NA sales team; collaborate with sales to identify key strategic accounts, understand their business challenges, and curate relevant content that communicates value.
  • Understand customer lifecycle and how to support acquisition, growth, and retention of top accounts using data-driven insights.
  • Identify buying committee at target accounts and create sphere of influence through targeted campaigns.
  • Build and execute integrated ABM campaigns informed by first and third-party data as well as sales and account teams that include a mix of tactics, such as email marketing, social media advertising, direct mail, and events.
  • Curate compelling content, including videos, use cases, customer stories, competitive advantages, blogs, and ebooks that are relevant to target accounts business challenges and goals.
  • Liase with Sales, SDR, Account, and Partner teams to gain insights, identify opportunities and ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Report weekly into Sales with accounts that are surging in different topics related to Sinch and our competitors.
  • Monitor and report on ABM program performance, including metrics such as meeting rate, deal velocity, deal size, ACV, and ROI.
  • Test, learn, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights, adjusting targeting, messaging, and tactics as needed.
  • Work closely with the SDR team to align on targets, strategy, messaging, and timing.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in ABM and share insights with the broader marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM
  • Natural leader with a bias towards action and quick decision-making
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns that drive revenue and growth
  • Fluent in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and ABM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and conflict management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple marketing functions (digital, content, field, product) and cross-functional teams (sales, SDRs, customer success)
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience in CPaaS, mobile, and/or enterprise marketing a plus
