Business Partner, Finance Procurement Operations

We are looking for a finance professional to partner with our Studio Operations team. The perfect candidate for this role is someone that has a solid understanding of the

P2P (purchase-to-pay) workflow and has experience in operational finance/accounting.

• Business processing support - Own finance related tasks (reviewing contracts, transaction processing, creating POs, reviewing invoices, vendor management, etc.)
• Accounting - Help facilitate a timely and accurate month-end close and assist with the accrual process.
• FP&A - Ensure accurate coding and processing of expenses to provide meaningful management reporting.
• Systems - Assist in the creation of finance training materials and financial dashboards where needed

• 3+ years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience with the general ledger since the work you do will have direct financial implications.
• Experience with purchase orders and reviewing invoices for proper coding.
• Experience processing high volume transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highly organized and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Industry experience in entertainment, gaming or project tracking preferred.
• Systems experience with Workday Financials and/or Tableau is a plus.
