JOB DESCRIPTION: -

-Required Accounts Manager, with 2-5 yrs. of relevant experience.

-The candidate should have knowledge and experience of handling :

-Direct Taxation including preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheet, TDS, TCS etc.

-Indirect Taxation - ITC, GST Return Filing etc.

-Reasonable knowledge of Company Law

-Other Statutory Compliances

-Banking : Preparation of CMA Data, Stock & other QIS Statements. Dealing with Banks for Credit Facilities. Preparation of Proposal for Credit Facilities.

-Teamwork - Should be able to guide and lead team of accounts executives to achieve the companys goals

-Handle various divisions within the company, including preparation of individual and consolidated BS.

-Stock Audit of Branches of the Company.

-Dealing with Auditors for Book Audit and addressing their queries.
