Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Income Tax regulations.
Handle end-to-end filing and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Conduct internal audits to identify and address compliance issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Income Tax filing and regulations.
Prior experience in IT service companies, SaaS, or CA firms is preferred.
Professional certification such as CA or equivalent is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in a SaaS company with a focus on compliance.

Background in a CA firm handling compliance-related activities.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing regulations and requirements.
Proven track record of delivering results in a deadline-driven environment.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 12pm - 9pm

Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Location: Bengaluru, Hebbal Kempapura
