You will be responsible for handling the accounting actions to Mexico.


Role Responsibilities

Support the accounting functions in improving control measures, compiling, sorting, and verifying documentation.
Comply with business key performance indicators, assertively communicate, and properly handle escalations with peers, management, and stakeholders.
Be responsible for preparing the account reconciliation process (SOX Control) and retention of proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and international accounting standards.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
Keep accounting records and prepare daily and monthly account reconciliations.
Month-end closing processes, both corporate and fiscal closings, and support audits.
Support to Payroll.


Role Requirements

Bachelors degree or be an advanced student in accounting or related field with 1 year of experience in accounting.
Attention to detail and assertive communication.
Sense of urgency and problem-solving.
One year of experience in bank conciliations, SOX controls, account analysis, or accounting clerical experience or equivalent in one or more of the following disciplines: month-end close, accruals, flux analysis, and external audit engagement.
Intermediate/Advanced English level (exclusive)
Advanced Excel and Microsoft package.
Oracle and Hyperion system knowledge (desirable)
