Position Description:

1. Wabtec is instituting multiple vendor governance initiatives by utilizing software solutions to centralize vendor data, indirect purchasing, and invoicing functions. This role will be responsible for handling and resolving AP transactional issues and be the key liaison between various Wabtec B2P teams, Sourcing, Treasury, Buyer, Requestor and Business. This role will manage AP escalations, document processes, review SOPs, implement controls and funnel enhancements to improve AP processes.

B. SERVICES. (Required) Supplier shall perform the following Services under this SOW:

• Lead resolution for AP transactional issues, escalations and emergencies for various Westinghouse Oracle sites
• Work with key stakeholders & improve AP processes leveraging the new Coupa platform & processes
• Facilitate manual payment, special payment, shipping notices, Force Pay requests and approvals for Westinghouse Oracle and drive adherence to new Wabtec processes
• Develop AP documentation, processes, controls and SOPs
• Lead functional requirements for AP enhancements
• Assist with adhoc AP reporting, audit queries and reconciliations
