Pay rate for Accounting Assistant: $15.75/hour

Hours for Accounting Assistant: M-F 8 am-5 pm

Description:

• The role will answer directly to the Asset Accounting Manager


• Oversee daily payments, monthly payments, maintain spreadsheets, pulling reports, creating tickets, and uploading information to our account software.


• The role will also involve cross training with the Asset Accounting department in order to aid as time allows.


• Maintaining the NDTCO check register daily.


• Provide customer service via email, phone and in person.


• Researching and inputting incoming checks for deposits.


• Maintaining monthly systematic deposits via ACH.


• Review and process daily online deposit request.


• The go-to person for all initial cashed check questions


• Utilizing the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and relate any necessary information to managers regarding workflow and tasks.
