Position: Accounting Clerk with Office Admin Experience
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Maintain general ledger accounts.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices and payments promptly.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support audits by ensuring documentation is readily available.
- Office Administration:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide assistance.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial information.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Compliance:
- Stay updated on accounting regulations.
- Contribute to improving accounting procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Accounting Clerk role with office administration focus.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
