Bremer Whyte Brown & OMeara is currently seeking a full-time, entry-level Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing routine accounting activities such as basic accounts payable/receivable duties, data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, filing, and scanning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cash Posting to client accounts
  • Check processing for vendor/client payments
  • Assist Director of Accounting with month-end tasks such as (but not limited to) billing, documentation backup/filing, and review
  • Assist Director of Accounting with monthly company-wide reimbursements
  • Assist employees with timekeeping edits in billing system
  • Assist accounting department with the scanning & filing of invoices and other operational documents
  • Assist AP manager with payables, as needed

Requirements

A qualified candidate should be a team player and have basic computer skills, organization, self-motivation and the ability to prioritize projects.
